I'm not sure if this has been asked before. We manage a large number of events throughout the year. We recently updated our payment terms, so payment is due 30 days after a participant registers. This is very difficult for our team to manage. As such, I'd like to see if anyone else has ever set this up? Here is my wish list:
1) I would like an internal "Payment Due Date" field generated 30 days from the registration date.
2) An automatic reminder email that is sent five days before the due date for anyone who has not paid.
3) An automatic email that is sent the day after.
This kind of automation appears beyond cvent's capabilities. I would appreciate any tips or workarounds on how we can manage this process better. I appreciate the help.
