Hi Brooke,
As long as their registration status is "Accepted," attendees can access the virtual sessions they registered for in the Attendee Hub, even if they have an outstanding balance. Cvent does not automatically block access based on payment status, so attendees will still be able to join their sessions unless manually restricted.
