Currently, there is not a bulk delete option for the exhibitors list in exhibitor management and you will need to follow these steps to delete exhibitors from your event if you have already created the new event: How do I remove an exhibitor from my event? The bulk delete option for exhibitors is on our roadmap though and you can subscribe to the update here to keep tabs on when it is released: https://release.cvent.com/eventmanagement/board/bulk-delete-exhibitors
For the speaker list, if your new event is still in pending status, you can go to Actions > Delete All and it will remove all the speakers from the list.
One thing to keep in mind is that when you are copying over the event from the previous year, you have the option to uncheck the data that you do not want to carry over from the previous year (for example, you could opt to not carry over the exhibitors or speakers and then when the event is created next time around, it will be a blank state for you to start with from the get-go) Reference step 3 of Copying an Event and see screenshot below as well:
For Attendee Hub, What Attendee Hub elements do not copy into a new event? walks through what attendee hub elements do not copy over when you copy over an event. For the items that do copy over (ex: graphics, etc.) you will need to update these within the event itself and there is not a "bulk remove/delete" options for these.

Is there a way to bulk delete the list of exhibitors/speakers from the previous year's conference, or will it automatically delete the ones not attending this year's conference when you do an import of the current list? Also is there a way to delete all of the old images on file from when you are creating splash pages, banners, cards, etc.
