Hello! We have a webinar series coming up, if someone attends a webinar they get 10% off any of our 10 upcoming paid trainings.
My thought was to create the promo code at the account level since it's applicable to so many events - BUT I don't want the promo code to be used on our Annual Conference. 

Can I create an account wide promo code and exclude just one (or a handful) of events from using it?

Hi Sarah,

If you create an account level discount code, within the settings you can select to "apply this discount to all Flex events" - "no, it must be applied within each eligible event" and then within the events that it should apply to, within Registration > Pricing > Discounts > Add Account Discounts, you can pull the account level discount in. That way, it will not apply to your Annual Conference and will only be present in the events you need it to be in. Creating Discount Codes
