Is it possible to re-send the invitation email to a declined invitee who now wants to register for the event?  When I click on them I have the option to Switch Invitation list or Unsubscribe. Any ideas?

Yes, you can send an invitation email to someone who declined initially. In order to do so, go to Email > Event Emails -  Select the Invitation List in which the person is added > Click on the invitation email > Send: Manually> Click on 'Advanced Search' on the right and under Invitee status , select 'Declined' and hit Search. You will find the list of people who declined the invitation. Select the appropriate invitee, and click on send email from the top.

Once you open the invitee's record, instead of clicking "Edit" click the down arrow by "Update Status" and change that to "Move to No Response".  You can then manually resend them the invitation email and they will be able to complete the registration.
