  • 1.  Can you create a custom text widget for wording we use for every event?

    Hello, 

    On our registration pages, we have a text box that states "By registering, you agree to the terms and conditions of the meeting: Terms and Conditions."  I link the legal document here.  We don't need anyone to check off or agree.  I would love to find a way to create this as a custom field / widget that would be available for every meeting.  Is that possible?

    Do you have access to create custom data tags in the Admin section? You can create an HTML-type data tag where you'll have more control over the text and can insert links.

    Admin > General > Custom Data Tags (change the type to a Content Block)

    Hello, 

    If you are embedding the text on a cvent page or email etc, it should be a simple case of adding the merge code eg {[A-CUSTOM TAG:LORUM]} to the text widget, then when the page/email renders it should merge in the text, I use it for several things, nice simple stuff like the copyright date so I change one tag once a year which then updates all of our templates and live events.
