  • 1.  Cannot find a registration

    Hi I have another attendee that is not showing up in our attendee list, but she has a confirmation number and a date.  Her name is Carol L. Gentry

    carolgentry52@gmail.com.

    The Confirmation Number: XBN37ZS9LG9 on Nov. 24  Is there something I am doing wrong that I cannot find her info under her name or email address?

    Hi Rachel,

    What happens when you paste her confirmation number into the search bar on the Attendee List in Attendees > Attendee List within the event? Does it pull up her record that way or is the confirmation number associated to another name/email address now? (Ex: her registration was substituted for a different person.) That could be one thing. The other thing to double check is to make sure that you are looking in the correct event. You can use the overall account search bar at the top of the page when logged into Cvent (the magnifying glass) and enter in the confirmation number there and search and it will show you the event/invitee that it is associated to and you can click on the dropdown arrow next to their name > Go to Invitee and that will bring you to their record within the event.
