Does Cvent have a place to capture data and then report on sustainability initiatives. 
Is anyone currently doing this and be willing to share best practices?

I believe the only way to do this would be to add questions into the registration process and have attendees fill them out. From there, you can report on the answers through reporting.

In the RFP process we had a custom question of a venue's sustainability initiatives. That way we could report on them, but also mark them in our system for future use. Not sure where you are looking to report, but that's how we did it.
