Hi Jessica,
You can add a CC (not a BCC) to registration confirmations (and other emails) in the Advanced Settings section of that email. However, it requires the attendee to have a CC email in their contact profile (collected during registration from the standard CC email address field or a custom contact field that utilizes an email format).
If you just need a copy of all of the registrations to come to you, you can set up a Planner Alert to be notified of all registrations under Email > Planner Alerts.
