From what you're mentioning, it could be you're talking about two different things. You can create a personalized template with a subscription to Smart Custom Proposals. Based on your reference of changing information, you may also be speaking about the proposal defaults, included in a 1 to 4 Diamond Marketing Packages. I suggest speaking with your Cvent Representative to understand the various options you have available to you for customizing/personalizing your proposals.
