  • 1.  Changing Registration Type from Dr. to Employee

    Good afternoon.

    My question is I have an employee who has registered as an HCP.  I need to change him to a S+N employee.  Can you give me some direction on how to make the change?

    When you look at your Attendee list, or if you have searched for a specific person, there is a dropdown arrow to the right of their name.  In that menu you can Switch Registration Types.  Once you select the new Registration Type, it will also give you a list of areas where changes may need to be made (manually) within the existing registration path.

    Thanks, Michele.  Because he is in pending approval status I don't have the option to select the switch registration.   Is there another way to do it if the participant is pending?

    Hi Rosa,

    We are not able to change registration types when attendees are in Pending Approval. You will need to accept the attendee first and then change their registration type by following the steps that Michele listed out above.
