Cvent Beginners

Hello - does anyone have a checklist/form that you use to capture of all the details needed to set-up a site? I've used the Event Builder team in the past and they provided a document of all the info they needed. Unfortunately, I don't have access to that file anymore and when I search on Cvent Community it's not shared there. 

If anyone is willing to share what you use, I would really appreciate it!

Hi Michelle,

Do mean like an intake form to get the event details to build the site? If yes, PM me. I have a form we used to use and I might still have a form Cvent provided us when we used their pro services.

We currently have our Event Build Request form incorporated into our Meeting Request Form.
