    Hello everyone -

    I was wondering if anyone uses the Meeting Request Form (MRF) as an internal document/template to collect meeting needs to publish and go live with? I may be misunderstanding the MRF which is why I thought I'd bring my question here. 

    My end goal is to have a process/form/template for internal customers to use to request meeting builds within Cvent; I want this to capture all of their needs and answer all of the questions I would have, as well as provide graphics or provide more direction that a meeting location is needed, etc.  So if anyone has any experience with this type of form/template that isn't the MRF please also feel free to answer!

    I was watching a tutorial on the MRF and it seems that you can also take what was submitted directly from there into the event page, which seems like a lot less steps and streamlines the process.

    Hi Andrea,

    We use the MRF as an intake form. We have 3 different forms for different events programs.

    Cvent's Meeting Request Form is tied into Strategic Meeting Management meaning not only would you have an intake form, but you can also automate your notifications and processes. For example, after someone submits the form, you can set things up to have an email automatically sent to you. Building your form with specific Standard fields for the basic event details such as dates, times and locations are data tagged.
