We use the MRF as an intake form. We have 3 different forms for different events programs.
Cvent's Meeting Request Form is tied into Strategic Meeting Management meaning not only would you have an intake form, but you can also automate your notifications and processes. For example, after someone submits the form, you can set things up to have an email automatically sent to you. Building your form with specific Standard fields for the basic event details such as dates, times and locations are data tagged.
