I checked about your query and the reason why the check out data would not show is because either the app was not synced, iPad is not switched to check out mode and the check out successful message was not received.
Since in your case, all these steps were taken correctly, the data should show in the report. It seems we would need to further check what is causing the issue.

Last week we used On Arrival for check in and check out of an event. All Check In data was captured appropriately. Not one single check out was captured. I did turn both iPad apps to 'check out mode' in purple and everyone received success messages such as "You are checked out of the event". We have synched the app multiple times and the app show no check outs as well.
Has anyone had this problem before? Is this data anywhere or just lost/didn't exist?
