Right now, Cvent doesn't have a way to "dedupe" a question that's attached both to a sponsorship session and to an exhibitor admission item-if both are selected, the question will display twice by design.
To avoid this, the most common workaround is to attach the question to only one item (for example, the exhibitor admission item) and then ensure that anyone who can select the sponsored session must also have that item. Another option is to bundle the sponsorship session and exhibitor fee into a single package or admission item and tie the question only to that, so it still appears once for everyone who should answer it.

We have a choice question that needs to appear if someone chooses a sponsorship session, or the admission item exhibitor fee. Unfortunatley, if someone chooses both the question appears twice during registration. Has anyone found a workaround? I called Cvent and they said there is no way to prevent the question from appearing twice.
