We are reaching out regarding a payment issue observed in our recent conference registration.
Many attendees have reported that their payment was already processed, even though their status in CVENT showed as "pending approval", while their registrations were denied at the end.
Could you please clarify what happens when a payment is automatically processed while still in the "pending approval" stage? The website is saying the payment will not be processed, but some of the denied attendees are sending their payment receipts.
We would like to understand whether any actions are required on our side to ensure proper potential refunds.
