Hi Alita,
Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry you're running into this issue ahead of your event.
Based on what you described, the most likely cause is the attendee visibility configuration in Attendee Hub rather than the app version or network connection.
Please try the following in your event:
-
Go to Attendee Hub > Website and App
-
Select Manage website and app
-
Go to Features > Personalization > Attendee Profile
-
Under Attendee Visibility, set it to Visible by default
-
Save the changes and test a new connection request again
If the issue still continues after that, please open a case with our Customer Care team so that they can help you troubleshoot further.
Hope this helps!

Subject: Connections Via Event App
Hello,
Please help in resolving this issue - I have an event coming up and the app is crucial for attendees to be able to connect with each other. However I have a problem. When I receive an invitation from my collague to connect, I press accept but it shows "Could not connect. Try again later!"... I think this is an issue from Your side maybe? I would be glad if you could take a look at that or maybe help solve this issue. The network and wifi does work, the connections features are all enabled, the app is updated, and the invitations go through, it's just that when the connection is being accepted, it shows the error message at the bottom. How to fix this?
