Hi Stephanie,
When you are creating the overall event itself, you will want to put the start date of the first event as the start date and the end date of the last event as the end date and then each one of the "events" within the overall event itself will be set up as an optional session within Agenda > Session List and for those individual sessions you will be able to add a specific start date and end date and time, session description, location, etc. This will walk through the process further Creating an Umbrella Event
