    How can I find out what was the total credit card processing fee fro our entire event?

    Hi Victoria,

    Are you using Cvent Payments? Within  Account Details > Billing Statements you can access your billing statements which show for specific statement periods your revenue summary and the credit card processing fees deducted. More information here: Accessing Billing Statements and if you need more specific, itemized financial information you can run the Transactions report in Reporting > Reports > Report Templates.

    Is there a way to know for the entire event not just monthly?

    If it's just for one single event, you can run the Transaction Details Report. This report will provide you with a transaction-wise breakdown of the funds that are being remitted to you. This would include the name of the attendees, their registration type, date of payments, amount etc. Event > Reports > Reports > Search for Transaction Details > Run. You can then make the following adjustments:

    1. Click on Data > Change Report Data.
    2. Transaction Type: Only select Online Payments and Refund.
    3. Successful: Only select YES.
    4. Date Range: Custom as per your requirement.
    5. Time Zone: UTC

    If you apply the above filters for a particular billing cycle then you will see that the amounts match with the relevant statements. 

    If it's for multiple events/across events that you are wanting to report on, then you would want to run the Transactions report within Admin > Reporting > Report Templates > Transactions.
