Hi Matt,
I double checked with our HTML team on this and they confirmed that "yes, they have to call the custom font within the code widget for it to function, since it is in an iframe, which does not interact with the website."

Subject: Custom font not working properly on mobile devices
I've been tasked with finding out why a custom font SOMETIMES doesn't work on mobile devices, and defaults to what looks like times new roman. I'm pretty sure our custom font has been loaded correctly because in some sections/widgets it works. In a text widget where a <p> tag is selected as the html heading tag it works; in a code widget where we have some h tags in some simple html, it doesn't. Also where we have dates in a button, it doesn't work. I tried adding the defaultGlobalFont class, and defining the font inline in the html but it gets overridden. I assume this may be because the code widget gets inserted in an iframe, so do I have to add a call for the custom font from within the code?
