  • 1.  Custom URL or Private Domain Issue

    Hi ! I received instructions to set up custom url or private domain but the domain isn't working. How do I create the landing page. I think that's the missing piece

    Hi Felisha,

    Once you have added your custom URL or domain to your event within Marketing > Weblinks > Change Domain, you will still need to make the website live in order for the weblink to work.
