In my first year out of college, into the real world, I have gotten to work hands-on with CVENT everyday. This has come with a lot of trial and error - I have worked on events with 800+ attendees, all while trying to adapt to the new Attendee Hub feature. Being able to call CVENT and walk through some of the issues has been super helpful.

Agreed - it's great to be able to call and get answers in a pinch, but you can also post questions here and get a lot of great answers on how to do things, especially creative workarounds! This group has so much knowledge to share!
