  • Even though I was prepared and excited to be part of a panel and speak at CONNECT I still need practice at public speaking

My favorite session was Women in the Workplace. I felt like it was very empowering and showed that it is okay to be firm, empathetic, and open to new experiences.

1. What is one thing you learned from attending Cvent CONNECT?  this year I attended virtually and had to miss a lot due to a illness.  But I really enjoyed the higher education segment and as we are focusing on a "greener Mason" I loved hearing what others are doing to make their events Greener! 
2. What was your favorite session that you attended? What I saw...impossible to choose. I always enjoy seeing the bells and whistles of Cvent, Reggie is always insightful, and I liked the sustainability sesion.

1. What is one thing you learned from attending Cvent CONNECT? I learned so much from the Roadmap section of the opening general session. It's exciting to see what's coming for Cvent in the near future.
2. What was your favorite session that you attended? The UX research Branding and theming session. I like how Cvent takes in review of UX into consideration when making changes to the platform.

I could only attend a handful of sessions as I could only attend virtually - but the fact that I could attend at all was such a great benefit. I appreciate learning about improvements or updates that we can expect in the future from Cvent.
