Yes, Kiosk mode is only available with OnArrival Premium. You would need iPad devices for onsite check-in to leverage the kiosk mode (or use Cvent's event in a box), as it doesn't work on mobile devices. Our iPads are connected to a network of printers that print out name badges for our conference attendees seamlessly. They come to an iPad that has a customized welcome splash page (branding opportunity), start checking in by typing their name, and then a badge we've customized on the platform prints out. Of course, if badges are not needed, you don't have to add that aspect. You can also add additional questions to the onsite check-in process, ask for signatures, or have others easily self-register/pay onsite with kiosk mode. It just really streamlines our event onsite check-in process.
