Hi Felix,
If you're unable to deactivate Surveys because an inactive assessment item is still present, try the following steps:
- Check the Assessments Section:
- Go to Surveys & Polls > Assessments and look for any remaining assessment items.
- Even if they are inactive, you may need to manually delete them.
- Delete from Session-Level Surveys (If Applicable):
- If the assessment is tied to a session, navigate to Agenda & Speakers > Sessions, open the session, and check for any attached assessments under the survey settings.
- Ensure No Dependencies Exist:
- Look through Surveys & Polls > Survey Settings to see if any dependencies (like completion rules) are still enabled.
Once all assessments are removed, you should be able to deactivate Surveys for the event.
