I'm suddenly unable to remove someone from a Contact Group. I pull up a contact name, go to their Contact Groups tab, click Edit, deselect the marked contact group, click Save, and nothing happens. Adding new groups for them works fine, but I can't remove anyone from any group. Anyone else having issues with this? I've tried multiple contacts, logged in and out, tried a different browser.  Suggestions?

Hi Sue,

Just out of curiosity, do you have an Administrator user role in Cvent or do you have a different user role? Within the user role permissions there is the ability to prevent people from adding, editing and deleting different types of contact groups as well as managing their contacts, so if you are not an Administrator, I would double check with an Administrator on your account to take a look at your user role to ensure you have full access to contact groups and contacts vs. read-only. Otherwise, I would recommend submitting a case and giving some examples of the contacts this is happening for to our Customer Care team and they can help you troubleshoot further.
