  • 1.  Different Default Air Schedule for Different Reg Paths

    Hi,

    I am working on an incentive trip that has 2 different registration paths. Each path has a different arrival/departure date to the event and I'd love to adjust the default flight booking dates that show for each path. For example, my first group has to arrive on May 11 and depart on May 15 so currently, the flight widget shows those dates as the default arrival and departure dates. However, for my second group, I want to show May 13 and May 17 as their default arrival and departure dates.

    Does anyone know how to do this or know if this is possible?

    Unfortunately, since these settings are set on the overall air request details feature and not on the path itself, we wouldn't be able to change this per path. However, I would recommend submitting this as product feedback under the Participate dropdown in the top right corner of this page and then in the Product Ideas section. This way, other users can upvote this feedback and our product team can see that it is one to consider in future releases.

    Hi Victoria, 

    I would recommend using the advanced rules feature. You will be able to setup different air request default dates based on admission item and registration type. Make sure that your air travel settings have the longest date range and then create two advanced rules and adjust the default date settings and date range. I have provided screenshots below.     That is correct! You can create the advanced rules for hotel c/i and c/o dates. I use this often when there are multiple reg types that have different travel dates.
