Please follow the steps below to update the dropdown choice question options in the registration form:

Open the Form Builder
Go to your event.

Navigate to the Registration Page
Open the Registration/Website section and access the registration page where the question is located.

Select the Dropdown Question
In the form preview, click on the dropdown question you want to update (usually a Single Select / Dropdown type).
This will open the question settings on the right side.

Edit the Answer Choices
In the Answers / Choices section:

Click directly on each choice to edit the wording.

Click Add Choice (or +) to add new options.

Use the trash/delete icon to remove any option.

Drag the reorder handle to change the order of the options.

Save and Publish
Click Save. If required, Publish the website/registration page so attendees can see the updated dropdown options.
