
They can purchase a second membership and id does not get overridden. I had a conversation with CVent staff regarding this.

I got this checked and according to the functionality, one member can purchase only one membership. The moment they select a second membership, the first one gets overridden.
Could you please share an example of the member who was able to purchase duplicate memberships so that we can check it at our end? Also, could you please elaborate on how exactly are they able to purchase a second membership on the contact website

I am having an issue with members purchasing a second membership on the contact website. I recently sent out a remind for payments not made and several were due to duplicate members purchasing a second membership. CVent has informed me there is not a way to prevent this on the contact website nor a report to run. I have ran the transaction history report but the only ones that show on this report is the once that paid twice, and I had to refund. Any suggestions?
