  • 1.  Email a subset of registrants

    I have 488 registrants, and only 97 that have signed up for a site visit.  How can I email those that have not signed up to remind them of it, so I can get a better count so I know what size/how many shuttle buses to reserve?   Thanks!

    You could set up and push out the "Invitation Reminder" email. That would go out to everyone on your invitation list that is classified as 'No Response.' It would leave off anyone who registered or declined the initial invitation.
