Hey Joshua:
Unfortunately this is an email server issue and not something that can be fixed. Most email systems have their set 'web approved fonts' that they'll always default to. Sometimes your specific font may work in one email program, but not in other, it all depends on what the program allows and doesn't allow.
I would recommend that even though you want to use your corporate font that you look to find a web safe font that is an appropraite/OK replacement as you can really throw off your formatting and ruin the look of your email depending on what it ends up changing to.

Subject: Email Font Not Displaying Correctly In Outlook
All of my email templates are using a specific font - Source Sans Pro - but when receiving emails into our inbox, and event previewing emails on the website, the font changes to Arial.
Is there a way to adjust it so our font carries over?
