Hello, our company has a Email Sign Up list that is synced through Cvent Website Pages. There are a number of lists that people can subscribe to. My question is, how to I know if people have signed up and are waiting to be approved to the list? I tested it with my personal email but that is because I know by which email to look up and to approve.

Hi Aimee,

Are you referring to this sign up page feature? Those who sign up via the sign up page will automatically be added to those distribution lists that they selected. There is no "approval" process that you need to add them to the list. Once they sign up, they will automatically be added to that distribution list in your Cvent Address Book.
