The email prompt you're seeing is expected behavior for the standard event Feedback Survey link. When attendees access the generic survey weblink, the system first asks for their email address so it can match them to their registration and tie responses back to the event. There isn't a setting in the event to turn that specific prompt off.
If you'd like attendees to avoid that extra step, the two main options are:

Have them access the survey from their personalized feedback survey email, which already identifies them, or
-
Use a separate anonymous survey (via Surveys Premium) that doesn't collect respondent identity at all.
