    The email is not being sent to the registrant's email that was entered. Is there a setting that needs to be changed in the registration process or in the event emails area?

    When I look at the attendee list it states - Opted out under the email

    Hi Jessica,

    Hope you are well!

    I checked your event and see that your email address was opted out as 'Hard Bounce'. Hard Bounce means the email was never delivered, most likely due to being sent to an email address that doesn't exist or if the email address entered is incorrect. You can check the opted out reason by going to your account > Click on app switcher at top right > contacts > search for your email address that was opted out in the event > Click on your name and scroll down to 'Audit Information' section. You'll see the 'Opted-Out by' displaying the reason. 

    Now to opt yourself back in, please make sure that the email address is correct. If it is not, then click on Edit > update the email address within your contact record > Right above the email address, change 'Opted-Out' to No > Save.

    Once the email is opted in again, you can go to the event > Attendees > Attendee list > search for your name > click on your name > Action > resend confirmation email and you should receive the email.
