    • What's the most memorable team-building activity you've participated in? Find a person in the room with the same birthdate or closest birthdate to your own.
    • Do you have any unique team-building suggestions that have worked well for you? Not so unique, but people seem to really enjoy a good scavenger hunt.

Hey, this is not an actual answer to the questions posed.  Instead I used it as a brain-storm for Fundraising concepts during an event.

    Jigsaw Challenge
Have an image made into a big 8'x8' puzzle with pieces that are approximately 6" .  Then either sell pieces of the puzzle, or give them out free at registration but have them pay $5 to place their piece into the puzzle.  Or take it out of registration and have a representative at breakfast each day selling the pieces, and a live feed on the screens of the who is placing their pieces and the puzzle coming together. You could even let them choose the piece they are purchasing.
Not so Random Acts of Kindness (for charity!)
Ask everyone to carry $10 in singles throughout the event.  Then everyone starts doing random acts of kindness.  When someone is the recipient of the kind act, the person who provided the kind act can then ask the recipient for a $1 donation.  It's kind of like 'passing it on', with a goal to see who can be the kindest person at the event and have the largest donation.
    Trade up for Charity
I also like the one about trading for something bigger and better.  Wonder if that could be incorporated into the Not so Random Acts of Kindness.  Instead of (or in addition to) doing a kind act, they could offer the person one of their $1 bill in exchange for a $5 bill for the charity.

    • What's the most memorable team-building activity you've participated in? We did a team cooking activity that probably sticks out the most. It was pre-covid so I'm not sure how comfortable I'd be doing it now but at the time it was a fun way to connect and something everyone could do. My favorite that I didn't do but helped facilitate for one of my teams was an escape room style activity where you broke up into 20 teams of 3-5 people and each team had a box to unlock. But each box could only get so far before you had to find another team that had your missing piece to join with. Then by the end every team had to ultimately come together to unlock and solve the puzzle.
    • Do you have any unique team-building suggestions that have worked well for you? We did get to know you bingo where we had 25 squares and each you had to answer a question (which state did you grow up, favorite color, etc) and then you had to go around during the networking event and find people with card answers that matched yours.
