This is a known issue that can occur when the report is generated for a very large date range for cross event reports. At this time, the issue has not yet been fully resolved, which is why you may continue to see the error message.
As a workaround, we recommend running the report using a smaller date range-such as breaking it down by year or by shorter periods. This approach should allow the report to generate successfully.
