This issue was popping for a guest who was accessing the registration through an invitation on Chrome but not on Edge.

Has this happened to anyone else? and have you figured out why

Hi Elizabeth,

We experience this from time to time as well. Typically, we find it is a user device issue and request they clear their cache and open the site in an incognito window. This usually resolved the issue
