    Good morning, 

    We have an event were we have 3 individuals in a cruise cabin.  The 1st and 2nd passengers are receiving all the email notifications, but the 3rd passenger is not.  They have all added their individual emails.  Is there a way to get the 3 person the event emails?

    Hello Krista,

    Guests do not automatically receive the same event emails as the primary registrant. By default, most event emails are sent only to registrants, while guests only receive emails that are specifically configured for the guest audience.

    If you want the third guest to receive their own event emails, please check the following in the event setup:

    1. Make sure guest-specific emails are active

    • Go to Emails > Event Emails.

    • Turn ON (Active/blue) the following guest emails:

      • Guest Registration Notification

      • Guest Email Reminder

      • Guest Event Feedback

    These are the emails that are sent directly to guests rather than to primary registrants.

    2. Confirm the third person is correctly set up as a guest with a valid email
    In the Guest Information section for the primary registrant, verify that the third guest:

    • Has their email address populated (not blank or mistyped).

    • Uses a different email than the primary registrant and other guests, if unique guest emails are required.

    3. If you need the guest to receive the same emails as the primary registrant
    Guests cannot be directly added to the audience for most registrant emails (such as Cancellation Confirmation or custom event emails). However, there are two common workarounds:

    • Register them as a full attendee instead of a guest, which will allow them to automatically receive all registrant emails.

    • Store the guest's email in a custom contact field (for example, "Guest 1 Email") and use Email > Recipient Settings > Additional Copy to send a copy of the primary registrant's email to that field.
