I just finished a large event with over 1,200 attendees. We had to keep registration open far longer than we normally would because the invitees kept telling us they were not receiving the Cvent invite email. I'm assuming that if I don't see "Opt Out" next to their email address in the invite list, then the email is being delivered to that address.
We tell people to look in Spam and even the Deleted email folders, but is there anywhere else the Cvent invite emails could be going besides these two and the Inbox that would keep invitees from getting the email?
I'm afraid to use the Cvent email invites for future large events if so many people are not going to receive the email.
