Hello Cvent Support Team,
I'm reaching out because we've been experiencing an ongoing issue with our exhibitor listings.
Several exhibitors are intermittently becoming hidden on our website because the "Hidden" toggle is being turned on without any action taken on our end. This appears to happen randomly, I am not manually updating these exhibitors, yet they are no longer visible on the site until I go back in and unhide them.
Could you please advise:

Why the "Hidden" setting might be activating on its own for certain exhibitors?

Whether this could be related to sync settings, permissions, data imports, or automation rules?

What steps we can take to prevent this from continuing to happen?
This is causing confusion for our exhibitors and requires repeated manual corrections, so any guidance or a permanent fix would be greatly appreciated.
