Thank you for flagging the issue with some exhibitors intermittently appearing as Hidden and dropping off your website.
Based on how the hidden setting for exhibitors works, here are the most likely causes:

The system will not randomly hide exhibitors on its own. The Hidden toggle is usually changed by:

A user updating the exhibitor profile from the planner side, or
-
Exhibitors being created via the self sign-up link, which intentionally creates them as Hidden by default so they can be reviewed before being made public, or
-
An import that updates exhibitors in bulk and includes a column/field controlling the Hidden status.

Syncs to Attendee Hub and your website respect the current Hidden value; they don't change it. If an exhibitor is already set to Hidden, sync will simply stop showing them to attendees.
To prevent this from continuing:

Confirm how these exhibitors were added

If they were created via the self sign-up link, it's expected that they start as Hidden. In that case, you can either review and unhide them after approval, or adjust your process so those exhibitors are added directly from the planner side instead.

Review any recent imports

Spot-check a few affected exhibitors

For a handful of examples, our support team can look at who/what last updated the record and when. That will tell us whether it was a manual change, an import, or a system integration.
