    Hello,

    I've added several new exhibitors to the portal. The admin has access to the portal/profile, however they are not able to set up the profile and neither can I. What's going on?

    Likely you have the setting to allow the exhibitor to manage their profile toggled off or the exhibitor not selected to be allowed to do that. If you open the exhibitor management tool and then go over to "Settings", the 2nd option down will show "exhibitor profile settings" that will need to be 1 - toggled on, and 2 - either assigned to the exhibitors you want to have access to edit it by hitting "select exhibitors" or by toggling it on for everyone to be allowed to do this by also hitting "Select exhibitors" and then toggling on "Always Assign" at the top of the exhibitors list.
