Do I have to recreate the registration questions page in site designer, or can I export that page from last year and import it to this year?

Thanks for your question! If you copy the event over from the event last year, you will have the option to copy the registration paths that have the registration questions included.

You can also create your registration questions as custom contact fields on the account level and copy those down to the event. This information is saved on attendee contact records. This is a great way to go about it if you plan on using the same questions for multiple events throughout the year!
