Introducing new enhancements to the CSN Planner Navigator homepage
We are happy to inform you that the Planner Navigator homepage has received a makeover that will make product navigation and your planner-sourcing experience across CSN more simplified and efficient.
Beginning April 12, when you log in to the product, you will discover a new dashboard tab that will act as your homepage containing actionable Insights and Missed Opportunities to save you time finding relevant planner leads. Navigation has improved with the new tab structure, including the Dashboard, Planners You Know, and Planners To Meet. You will find an info message displayed under each tab to clarify the use and benefit of each section.
You will also find some other enhancements made to the product:
- The Search on the dashboard has been condensed to the keyword search to kick off any specific search you have in mind when you log in. More detailed filters are still available on the Planner Tabs
- For easy access, your Favorites, Saved Filters, and Top Planners are still displayed on the home page
- The Missed Opportunities button has been brought to the forefront. It's easier than ever to find out what business the 'Planners You Know' are sourcing outside your venue. We have made it the default most common search for Missed Opportunities in your Metro Area
- We have added an Insights panel to provide valuable data points without you having to search them yourself. You can select and view both 'Planners to Meet' and 'Planners You Know.' We will also remember your preference the next time you log in. You can view brand new planners and new event organizations for the selected time period to get a jump start on building those relationships
- Need Dates will display the planners who have sourced or are sourcing over those dates. We will pull the configured Need Dates from CSN, or you can select them manually from the calendar. If your venue doesn't have Need Dates configured, we highly encourage you to set those up in CSN. Click on the values next to each of the Insights to drill into the data and view the Planners
- The location filter has been enhanced to allow you to search by city, state, or country without requiring a combination of city/state or city/country.
- Lastly, an info icon has been added to the RFP status to show the turndown and decline, along with the reason
