Hello,

We are planning a full day virtual event that will include multiple sessions from different speakers. Each individual session would have a unique CE credit number tied to it that would be issued for attending the session.

With our former platform, our attendees would log in once at the beginning of the day and earn credits for any sessions attended. With the way Attendee Hub is structured, it looks like attendees need to join each session separately?

Is there a workaround to a single-sign-on option for a full-day virtual event, but still earn the individual CE credits for the sessions attended? I want to use the credit feature through Cvent rather than exporting attendance and doing a mail merge.

Hi Cassie,

If each session has a different credit value tied to it then they would need to be created as separate sessions within Attendee Hub so that attendees are able to receive the credits for each individual session. If it was set up as 1 long session, then they would only receive the credit values for the 1 session.
