Hi Cate, the QR codes should not be showing in the app. The way it works, is that you (as a planner) can download and print the QR codes from the game builder after you create it. Onsite, the attendee joins the game, clicks the QR code action, and then clicks "scan" to scan the QR code. I would recommend making a set of instructions to be side by side with the QR code sign because many attendees assume they can just scan it with their phone's camera. But they have to click into the game, then the action, to scan and get points. I would also suggest creating a test game in a test event and grabbing some screenshots of that process to put on your instructions page. Good luck!

Is there a way to NOT show the QR codes in the app/web so that we can just print them and have attendees scan them in person at the end of a session or at an exhibitor booth for example. If they just show in the app, the reality is they can just go through and scan them all without actually doing the intended action.
