You are correct, Cvent does not synchronize the gender answer collected during the registration process with the gender question in hotel requests. This is valuable feedback that we can consider implementing in future updates.
To address your question on how to retrieve both the registration information and hotel request details, there is a comprehensive report called 'Invitee Details' that consolidates all the information in one place.
Go to your event> On he left side click on 'reports' > Reports> Report Templates> Invitee Details > Data > Change report data> Fields> You can select all the registration + all the hotel request related fields here > Run.
You can also Save this report.

Does anyone know why CVENT does not sync the gender answers upon registration into the managing hotel requests/room block section? We can not filter out the genders by "male/female" and we have to manually upload lists to get this information. Does anyone have any work around this?
