In the legacy surveys there was an option where I could generate an individual respondent's certificate - if for example they requested/lost email link etc. I can't see this option in the new platform. Can anyone advise if this functionality is still available and if so where to access it? I used this a lot - and have just recently migrated all survey's to new platform. Thanks for help or advice.

We set up an email that uses a data tag for the certificate - this allows us to: 
1. Upload a list of JUST the attendees who qualified for CE, which is different than the entire list of attendees (they have to be on for 50 minutes and answer 3 poll questions). Only these people receive the end-of-session survey email. Once they complete the survey, it triggers the email with the data tag for the certificate.
2. Re-send that email as needed when people "lose" it, etc.

Hi Jacinta, 

You can still generate the certificate, but it is under the "Print Badges" action on an attendee's registration profile. 
It does require you to have previously set up the certificate :)
