  • 1.  Group Registrations - modifying registrations and adding a new group member

    Is it possible for a group leader to modify their registration and add an additional group member?

    I currently have a person who initially registered 9 of their 10 group members and submitted the registrations.  Now they want to add the 10th person to their group so that all the information is together. I anticipate other group leaders for our event will run into similar situations so I want to make sure I'm providing correct instructions.

    Hey Michelle! 

    Yes! We use this functionality all the time to sell ticket "packs". As long as you have the modify registration button on the confirmation page and allow for modification, they should see a button in the "Registration Summary" module that says "Add Group Member". They just click this and fill in the information to add them!
