I am looking to add guest registration to our exhibitor full conference registration path and am curious to know if I need to go into the Exhibitor Portal and add guest badge allotments to each exhibiting company or can they just add guests without that additional step?

Hi Brooke,

You do not need to add separate guest badge allotments for each exhibiting company.

Once Guest Registration is enabled for the Exhibitor Full Conference registration type, exhibitors can add guests through the registration flow. Guest registrations do not count against an exhibitor's allotted booth-staff registrations and guests will not be treated as booth staff in Exhibitor Management.

Before opening registration, please confirm that the guest registration type is active and has sufficient overall capacity, since guest capacity is managed separately from the exhibitor's booth-staff allotment.
