Hey everyone,

I need to bulk transfer attendees within Cvent from the hotel they have registered against (a dummy hotel), to the correct one...Does anyone know how to do this other than modifying individual registrations?

Hello Charlie,

For now the system does not have the capability to bulk switch/modify/cancel hotels for the attendees. However, there is an option to bulk import hotel request. Before you proceed with importing hotel requests, I suggest you to export the current hotel requests (using the report Hotel Request Details (New)) to an Excel sheet so that you do not lose on their preferred check-in and check-out dates, then cancel the existing hotel requests by going to each attendees record and then import the new hotel request.
